- Please get in touch with the customer at least 24 hours before loading and delivery. Be sure to introduce yourself as a Hauling Partner for National Van Lines.
- By communicating with National Van Lines Operations Department, they can update Customer Service so they, in turn, can keep the customer updated. Remain respectful and professional when interacting with customers.
